Earth Day Celebration Hosted by Associated Students Sustainability Resrouce Center

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION HOSTED BY
ASSOCIATED STUDENTS SUSTAINABILITY RESOURCE CENTER (SRC)

The Butte College Sustainability Resource Center (SRC) will host its annual Earth Day Celebration, on April 21 and 22, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Activities will be taking place at the Butte College main campus, 3536 Butte Campus Drive, on the lower Campus Center Lawn under the solar panels. This year, our two-day festival will celebrate and honor water. The event is free to all with activities including: education booths, vendors, delicious food, live music, a panel discussion, art installations, hands-on demonstration, arts and crafts, walks around the 928 acre wildlife refuge, and more.

The SRC hopes to motivate people to change personal habits, educate about water issues, and give attendees tangible things they can do to make sustainable changes.
