Fall Guided Hikes on the Butte College Wildlife Refuge

Butte Collge Wildlife refuge hikesThe Butte College Sustainability Resource Center is inviting everyone to the great outdoors by hosting weekly Wildlife Refuge Hikes. Butte College is home to a 928-acre wildlife refuge. As a result, the main campus is fortunate to have a great diversity of habitats and wildlife! The Sustainability Resource Center will be hosting one-hour guided hikes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays around on the wildlife refuge during the Fall 2015 semester. Each hike will have a theme and will be led by Geoff Hall. Entry-level outdoor enthusiasts are welcome! All participants should be sure to bring their own water and appropriate shoes. Hikes are open to all Butte College students, faculty, and staff.
